You will be responsible for scheduling your own meetings through our Modus portal. More instruction to follow in a separate email.
- There are 2 meeting rooms available, starting Sunday, October 23 and ending Tuesday October 25 at the Grand Hyatt right next door to the convention center.
- The meeting rooms will be available from 8am-4pm.
- All meeting times will be first come first serve.
- All meetings scheduled on the calendar must include customers.
- Meeting times will be capped at 45 minutes to accommodate all meetings.

The meeting rooms will be equipped with an LCD projector and screen. You will need to provide a laptop, if necessary.
- The meeting rooms will have bottled water available for meeting participants. All other catering requests for the Grand Hyatt will need to be arranged directly with the hotel and paid at time of order.
