Hotel requests will be taken for the Marriott Riverwalk and Marriott Rivercenter . Rooms will be assigned based on arrival and departure dates for all Elekta staff.
Before booking the dates of your stay, please check with your manager on how many days you should stay.
The deadline to submit requests or modifications for accommodation is Tuesday,August 23rd at 5:00 PM EDT. After that date you will be required to secure your own accommodations through your travel bureau.
