Dr Tan founded AARO in 2015 to provide access to advance radiation treatments to regional patients. He is currently serving on the leadership board of the International Stereotactic Radiosurgery Society (ISRS), the largest global professional association of experts in neurosurgery, radiation oncology, medical physics and other healthcare professions who share a passion for Stereotactic Radosurgery (SRS), Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) and other focal therapies.

Dr Michael Jameson is the state Operations Manager for GenesisCare in NSW and and adjunct senior lecturer at UNSW. He’s part of an innovative team of physicists supporting advanced radiotherapy across 10 clinics with a wide variety of technologies, including MR-Linacs.

Dr. Hideomi Yamashita actively carries out online adaptive radiotherapy (ART) for prostate SBRT. He is also one of the leading doctors passionately working on VMAT-TBI to realize more advanced personalized radiation therapy. 
He is currently leading the Advanced training course to Japanese and international radiation oncologists at The University of Tokyo since 2023.
