1. Elekta requires that you follow your company's own policies (including any notification and/or pre-approval requirements) before you register for the event.
2. Participants are to cover their own travel and accommodation costs to and from the event.
3. Please note, we may take photographs and videos during Elekta events for use on Elekta’s social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. Such photographs/videos may contain images of you. We will keep these photographs/videos for as long as it is needed for the purposes outlined above, but in general we will retire the photographs/videos from active use within two years of collection, although the images may remain on social media once posted. If you do not wish to be photographs/filmed as part of an event, please let us know and we will make every effort not to do so. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
4. Force Majeure
Acts of strike, lock-out, fire, major restrictions on delivery or other circumstances beyond Elekta´s control, allow Elekta to cancel the agreement, without liability for payment of any damages.
