    Dr. Kristina Demas Woodhouse is a board-certified radiation oncologist and clinical director on the Women's Cancer team at Merck Research Laboratories. She received her MD from The George Washington University School of Medicine after graduating from Harvard University.  She then completed her intern training and residency program in Radiation Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania where she also received a certificate through the Leadership Track in Quality and Safety.  After finishing her training, Dr. Woodhouse spent more than four years as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDA) specializing in brain and spine tumors and pediatric malignancies. Dr. Woodhouse has also completed advanced training in Gamma Knife at the Cleveland Clinic.

    Professionally, Dr. Woodhouse's interests include quality and safety; and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.  At MDA, she served on the Radiation Oncology Quality and Safety Committee in addition to serving as Co-Chair for MDA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee in the Division of Radiation Oncology. Nationally, Dr. Woodhouse currently serves as the Chair for the Workforce Committee for the American Society for Radiation Oncology’s Committee for Health Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee. In her free time, Dr. Woodhouse loves traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and their two young daughters.

    Dr. Amanda Walker is a Senior Medical Director at POINT Biopharma. After completing her radiation oncology residency at Johns Hopkins she joined the FDA as a Medical Officer in the Office of Oncologic Diseases in CDER. At the FDA she led cross functional outreach initiatives pertaining to radiation oncology and radiopharmaceuticals and served as an Associate Director of the Oncology Center of Excellence. After nearly three years at the FDA she transitioned back to full time clinical practice, then in 2022 she stepped away from the clinic once again to join Novartis Medical Affairs as a Regional Medical Director. She most recently began working in Clinical Development at POINT Biopharma, a company that specializes in the development of therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals.

    Dr. Eleanor Harris is the Associate Cancer Center Director at the St. Luke’s University Health Network in eastern Pennsylvania. This role involves oversight of all Quality, Research and Education programs, initiatives, strategic development and recruitment for the Oncology Service Line.  She continues to chair the division of Radiation Oncology and remains active in patient care.

    Throughout her career, Dr. Harris has been actively involved in national professional society scientific, administrative, educational, and quality programs.  She chaired the ASTRO Emerging Technology Committee and worked on ASTRO Guidelines, Health Policy, Government Relations and Scientific Program committees. She chaired the ACR then ARS Breast Cancer Appropriate Use Criteria (AUC) panel and helped develop the current AUC guideline and scientific programs. She was awarded the prestigious ASTRO Fellowship designation in 2018, and has been named to Top Doctors for over 15 years. She is an advocate for formal career development and leadership training alongside real world experience.  Though wearing many hats over the course of her career, Dr. Harris has consistently been motivated and fulfilled by contributing to the well-being of patients, colleagues, trainees and co-workers through quality improvement, education and an academic focus on meaningful clinical research and quality.
